By engaging Hindustan Solar Solution ("HSS") for any solar services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
HSS provides solar EPC, installation & commissioning, O&M, and subcontracting services. Exact scope defined in separate contract.
Quotations valid for 30 days. Prices subject to material cost changes. GST extra.
10% advance, 40% dispatch, 40% installation, 10% commissioning. Delayed payments: 18% p.a. interest.
5-year workmanship. Modules 25yr, inverters 10yr, structures 15yr manufacturer warranty.
Total liability shall not exceed contract value paid.
HSS not liable for delays due to causes beyond reasonable control.
Indian law. Jurisdiction: Sikar, Rajasthan.
